What are the Delivery Charges and other incidental expenses for orders from the online shop? : Delivery charges are calculated using Yamato Transport service for local delivery. There is another rate for international shipping using EMS service. Each item will be sent in separate parcels and therefor incur separate charges. We will sign up for Transport insurance only when requested. The insurance cost will be charged separetaly. Consumption Tax will not be included for international shipping.
What kind of payments are accepted in the online shop? : Paypal is used to accept payments.
Limitation on sales quantity: All items on our site are in limited numbers. When items solds out, there will be no replenishment. First come First serve.
How long will delivery take? : Shipping will start in late Dec to 2016 Jan, since all items are still in production and will finish in November. Once we start shipping, Japan items will be delivered in 2-3 working days. International items are posted using EMS and their delivery aim is 5-7 days.

What about refunds and returns? : We do not accept any refunds or returns, unless it is definitely our responsibility. We do not accept any refunds which is after 3days after you receive the product.
